Product Metrics

Product analysis of the Fyllo App is done to match and assess the overall product goals with the actions of the user.

The process followed to improve product metrics and various areas of study were:

Qualitative and Quantitative User Feedbacks:

Feedback is an essential part of the design process to increase its usability and make it more functional and purposeful. Google Forms and verbal communications helped capture interesting insights about the features and the overall app usage behavior.

Data  Collections Segregation:

Verifying the engagement of users within the identified features or user flows by extracting exact numbers of the users following the trend. Use of Amplitude to dig deeper into user segments defined by demographics. Key metrics looked upon were the Acquisition (how many converted as our customers), Activation (how many users have been triggered to use a specific feature of the app), Engagement (how frequently are the users completing an action or are halfway through it, basically active on the app)

Insights and Conclusions:

Interpreted the data with the help of charts to understand the weak points. Noted the drop-offs of flows, determined by time and dates.

Planning Action Points:

Brainstormed ideas to elevate the weak data points. Planning on the amends to the user flows and journey.

Setting up goals and deadlines for the iterations to be made.

Distribution and Delegation:

Explaining the insights and findings of the research to the team and presenting the intuitive charts for a better understanding of the gaps to be filled. Work circulated amongst the team according to their respective roles. Setting up tickets and  deadlines to achieve as a team.
